Mental illness affects 1 in 8 people worldwide, making it the leading cause of disability and contributing to over 800,000 suicides annually. When we factor in the millions suffering from chronic physical conditions such as cancer and heart disease, the number of people needing support is truly staggering.
Overlay this with limited healthcare access and escalating costs, and it’s evident that many people don’t even have the opportunity to improve their condition. We need cost-effective, accessible, and proven solutions, and traditional yoga offers just that.

MY STORY
About Peter
The roots
Chapter I
In Poland, the echoes of our past are deeply ingrained, with each generation inheriting the resilience and burdens of those who came before us. Our shared history of hardship and endurance shapes who we are today.
Born and raised in Warsaw, Poland, I grew up in a loving and supportive household, where family and religious values were cherished. Despite a happy childhood, I witnessed significant health challenges and traumas surrounding my family.
At the age of 14, my fathers devastating car accident, which nearly killed him, only underscored the crucial value of health and well-being. This pivotal event inspired me to pursue a path dedicated to helping others become healthier.
At 19, I moved to New York to pursue my education and explore opportunities beyond Central Europe. Living in the Big Apple exposed me to diverse people, ideas, and cultures, profoundly shaping my personal and professional growth.
In New York, I initially pursued a career in healthcare and big pharma before shifting my focus to the startup ecosystem. It was also here that I discovered yoga, quickly falling in love with the practice that has since become a cornerstone of my life.

Yoga is a pathway to healing and transformation, resembling a gentle brain surgery that profoundly rewires your entire being, integrating mind, body and soul.
In 2022, I embarked on a transformative journey through yoga teacher training in the Himalayas. This incredible experience spanned multiple Asian countries, allowing me to heal and gain profound insights intro traditional yoga practices.
Embracing this ancient path, I committed to guiding others on their healing journey. While I am skilled in Asana teaching, my true passion lies in sharing the often overlooked practices of pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, and yogic philosophy.
